What has been proposed?

The applications are identified by the Town as ZBA.25.10 and SPA.25.05. The zoning amendment would change the site from residential zoning to Institutional One zoning to permit a public school and child care centre. A site plan application is also under review.

Current status

The Town lists both applications as under review. A statutory public meeting was held on October 21, 2025. An application under review is not the same as final approval, and the Town page does not provide a confirmed construction start or opening date.
